A ‘Tennessee Stud’ of course refers to the indelible song commonly known in Johnny Cash’s version, after being written and released in 1959 by Jimmy Driftwood. It’s amazing how the lyrics penned some fifty-plus years prior stack up today in relation to Zayn, as though Driftwood was writing the song in some orgiastic premonition of his coming!
